What to include

A good first email saves a round of back-and-forth. Please add:

• The email you used to order. That's how we find your purchase.
• Which font or fonts you bought, or whether you got the bundle.
• The app you're using, such as Canva, Cricut Design Space, Procreate, Word or Photoshop.
• Your device: Mac, Windows PC, iPad or iPhone.
• What you tried and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Common reasons people write

The font won't show up in an app

Before you email, try fully quitting the app and opening it again. That fixes most cases. Our guide to installing fonts on Cricut has a step-by-step checklist that also applies to other apps. If you're in Canva on a free account, uploads aren't available; the dripping blood text in Canva guide shows a workaround.

Extended License requests

The standard license covers most uses, including products you sell and client logos. You need an Extended License for editable templates you sell, apps, games, e-books, broadcast, or installing on more than 2 computers. Email us with a short description of the project, where it will be sold or shown, and roughly how many people will use it. We'll reply with options.
